We provide 1 on 1 sessions in strength training, weight loss, injury rehab, wellness coaching, program design, and of course boxing lessons.
Our facility maybe small but it definitely packs a punch! We have weights, cables, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, cones, ropes, ladders, punching bags, and everything you need to get fit.
A good training program includes proper exercise form, mobility drills, balance and coordination exercises, strength training, core and endurance training, stretching, and suitable cycles and phases of reps, sets, and exercise order. Forgetting any of these aspects of a training program may be the thing that is holding you back from accomplishing your goals.
Coach Greg is an experienced Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed USA Boxing Coach who is excited to do what he loves here in Napa at his start up gym.
